Lecithin provides a source of choline (a nutrient similar to B vitamins) which is essential for both normal cellular health and nervous system function and its emulsifying qualities combine with Pectin to support the intestinal mucus and delicate lining of the digestive system, that is the body's natural defence against harmful bacteria. Ulceraid's uniquely sticky nature builds on the horse's natural defence mechanisms to assist in maintaining a healthy stomach and digestive system.

We include Natural Vitamin E and Grapeseed extract which work in tandem to support the bodies oxidative stress response. Glutamic Acid (in combination with natural vitamin E) maintains the gut lining's integrity, supporting normal cell building functions and natural defences against the invasion of harmful bacteria. Finally we add Arginine, another amino acid supporting gut microbiome and the body's oxidative stress and immune responses.

We believe Ulceraid is one of the most comprehensive gut supplements on the market for digestive health and can be particularly useful during periods of stress (eg. box rest, moving home) or travelling when there is increased risk of acid splash in their stomach.

Add to dampened hard feed or chaff. Always ensure fresh water is available. No loading rate required. Store in a dry place and keep packet sealed. Complementary feed for horses and ponies only.
