We offer a choice of either Standard Post (2-3days) or Tracked 24 Royal Mail delivery at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders received on business days before 3:00 pm the same day; or next working day for orders received after 3:00 pm. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Generally, delivery takes 2-3 working days. We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays.

We are confident your horse will love our products, but if they won't eat them,  we will refund your purchase. Refund applies to a maximum of 1 packet of each product and only the smallest size in each product range. Any unused product must be returned to us and you must inform us that you wish to be refunded within 7 days of receipt of products. Please contact us at info@equell.co.uk for more information This does not affect your statutory rights.

Equell will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be new in condition and appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from us.
