Shipping

Orders will be mailed to the recipient via Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size of parcel and service chosen. Equell offers free shipping using Tracked 48 on all orders, no minimum spend. Equell will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purchase or return.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If normal conditions apply, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri only) and orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.  If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email.

Tracked 24 is available as an optional extra - orders using this service must be placed before 3pm Mon-Fri and 11am Satuday's (not available on Sundays). Otherwise they will be processed on the next working day. Equell are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier - once we have dispatched the item on your requested service, the delivery time is outside our control. 

Generally, delivery takes 2-3 working days (1-2 days using Tracked 24). We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays. 

Equell will provide a tracking number via email once an order has been dispatched. In order to receive this email, it is important the email address 'info@equell.co.uk' is whitelisted in the inbox of the buyer. Tracking numbers can be used to independently track an order. 

If there is any damage to your parcel this must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt. Please retain the product and packaging for our inspection and notify us by emailing info@equell.co.uk
