Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
- The Equell Refer a Friend programme rewards you with £5 credit when a new customer places their first order using your referral.
- Each referred friend must be a new customer placing their first order with Equell.
- You will receive one £5 reward per successful referral. Rewards are non-transferable and may be issued as discount codes or account credit.
- Referral rewards will only be applied to your account once the referred customer’s 14-day cooling-off period has passed. This is to prevent rewards being issued for cancelled or returned orders.
- Referral rewards may be used alongside other promotions and may expire after 6 months.
- Equell reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we suspect fraud, self-referrals, or misuse of the programme.
- Equell may amend or withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice.
